WHAT TO EXPECT
Booking
By scheduling a session on this website, you will be redirected to Vagaro, where you can select an available time slot. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment and WILL NOT BE CHARGED when you book your appointment. Payment occurs at the end of your service. New clients will be prompted to fill out an intake form, sign a liability waiver and agree to the cancellation policy.
Childcare
True West offers childcare services on-site. To request childcare during your appointment, please text (877) 915-6975 to book a service provider during the date and time of your appointment. For details about childcare, please see the About Us page at Nourish and Lift.
When you arrive...
True West is located inside of Nourish and Lift at 1869 Old Trenton Road, Clarksville, TN 37040. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you have enough time to use the restroom, discuss your session goals, and settle onto the table. When you arrive, your therapist will meet you in the lobby and escort you to the treatment room.
Getting on the table
After discussing your treatment goals for the session, your therapist will step out of the treatment room, giving you the privacy to undress to your level of comfort before getting on the treatment table. After undressing to your level of comfort, you will lay in between the flat sheet and the fitted sheet. Your therapist will knock on the door to confirm that you are on the table before re-entering the treatment room.
During your session/Draping
Throughout your session, you will be draped at all times excluding the areas of the body receiving work. For more information on draping, please refer to Draping under Policies.
